Kitchen and Bath Remodeling

They’re two of the most important rooms in your home, and according to most industry reports, kitchen and bathroom remodeling will continue to be a strong trend in 2011. Kitchen remodels will continue to emphasize natural materials over synthetic; granite, bamboo, and hardwoods will be strong draws, as will the use of glass tiles and ceramic glass cook tops. Colors will trend toward the bold; warm cinnamon, burnt orange, copper, and dark coffee. Well-lit work spaces will become increasingly important, with pendant lighting and chandeliers in bronze, art deco, and wrought-iron styles taking center stage.

Bathroom remodels will continue to reflect the growing “in-home spa” trend, with more homeowners opting for vertical massaging shower heads, artisan sinks made of copper and stone, and softer, more relaxing lighting. Paint colors, too, will reflect a mood of relaxation; a more neutral palette of warm sand, beiges, and olive greens will provide a soothing backdrop.

Design/Build

For larger projects, we can work with your plans or design your project ourselves.  Working with a sophisticated CAD program that allows you to “walk-through” the design, we can trouble-shoot blueprints even before the work is begun.

Our designs are created with the customer’s budget and ultimate lifestyle goals in mind.  We are there to make suggestions through every step of the remodeling process, but we believe strongly in collaboration between remodeler and client.

Once a design is completed, Holton Construction works with you to determine a preliminary estimate.  Again, communication is key, as we work closely with our clients to keep their project on target and within budget.  Once the Scope of Work is completed and the contract signed, our team of professionals will help make your Chattanooga home renovation dreams a reality.
