Holton Construction has been providing Full Remodeling Services in the Chattanooga area since 1994, and we have completed hundreds of remodeling projects over those years.  Our Remodeling portfolio is extensive:  Whole House Remodels, Historical Remodeling, Kitchen and Bathroom remodeling, Basements, Attics, Bedrooms, Exteriors and Interiors.  We start with an in-depth consultation with you, the homeowner and a complete survey of your home.  We want to learn everything about you and your needs and wants.  We provide full-design services or will be happy to work with your plans or your chosen design-professional.  We give you a detailed proposal, and should you employ us for your project, a detailed and complete Contract.  We try to help you minimize or eliminate surprises and ensure that when you get to the end of the project, it meets all of your expectations.
